Cancellation Policy

Appointment times are reserved and dedicated specifically for you! I kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% service fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations are subject to a 75% service fee. A valid card is required to book all appointments. Any fees will be charged to the card on file. ***Late Arrival Policy*** A 10-minute grace period is provided; however, please make every effort to arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their service shortened or need to be rescheduled. In some cases, the appointment may be charged as a cancellation. ***Deposit Policy*** • A deposit is required for select services and will be collected at the time of booking. • Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward the total cost of your service. • Deposits will be forfeited for late cancellations, no-shows, or failure to arrive within the grace period as outlined in our policies.
